About Us
Spafix was formed in October 2007 and incorporated as Spafix UK Ltd in May 2008. Although we are still a young company, our positive and friendly approach to customer service and various connections with in the industry, has seen us grow quite considerably in our first year.
We currently operate two full time service engineers and our phones are manned Monday to Friday by our admin support team.
Due to continuing requests for parts and information on parts, we have naturally taken the next step to launch our new service Spafix Direct. We are confident you will find our images and information useful to find the part you need.
Having worked with a large well known UK manufacturer for three and a half years and and a further four years experience in the service and spare parts industry, we pride ourselves on having the knowledge and expertise to be able to deliver what our customers want.
We have a continuing ambition to add more products to our site so we can cater for all types of Hot Tub. We always aim to be competitively priced and also understand how frustrating it is when you need something and it is not in stock. We only display items in our shop that are available for purchase.
We are always happen to listen to feedback, so any comments good or bad, we want to hear them.
